- EACH APARTMENT is fully air conditioned, has a large floor area, with entry foyer, store room and separate laundry complete with laundry tub, washing machine,dryer, iron and ironing board. - THE LIVING AREA offers a spacious casual lounge area with additional sofa bed, an intimate dining setting plus LED TV & DVD . The lounge area opens on to a spacious private balcony above natural bush which lines the escarpment complete with outdoor setting and bbq.
- THE KITCHEN has a semi circular breakfast bar with stools and pantry. It is fully self contained, complete with large refridgerator, microwave, hot plates, oven, dishwasher and garbage guzzler.
- The MASTER BEDROOM has private access to the balcony and is serviced by a walk through wardrobe to a beautifully appointed ensuite shower and toilet. A King size bed which can split to two King singles, TV and harbour views from the window.
- The 2nd & 3rd BEDROOMS are serviced by a large bathroom with shower over bath tub. The toilet is separate. Each bedroom can be set up as a King or two King singles and both have western cedar built in robes.
